explore parks and food just steps away from the coast
I really enjoyed the clean rooms and the beautiful parks nearby, especially Azalea Park which is just under 3 km away, making for a nice stroll to enjoy the scenery, and I loved being able to grab a bite at O'Holleran's, a super convenient spot just 40 meters from my room. it's perfect for anyone who likes to explore cities on foot. The management is really helpful, but I noticed a few minor maintenance items that need attention.

great location but needs attention to details
The suite was a nice size, offering a comfortable space for my family. The proximity to Harris Beach made it easy to enjoy our time by the water. The staff member at the front desk was friendly and dedicated, clearly caring about the guest experience.
The window screens could use a thorough cleaning.

The property had a fantastic location with partial ocean views, which was perfect for our family getaway. The friendly staff welcomed us warmly, and we appreciated the clean rooms and the convenience of a kitchenette for preparing meals with my son.
In my wife's opinion, more family-friendly amenities would be great, like extra blankets for comfort and a broom for quick clean-ups.

New manager is attentive and responsive.
The floor was filthy, and we had to wear flip-flops just to walk around. In addition, the bathroom was tiny and had a noticeable smell of urine, which was truly off-putting. We also experienced issues with noise from neighboring rooms, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably.

A Family-Friendly Stay with Room for Improvement
We stayed for three nights in a Two-Bedroom Suite, which offered plenty of space for our family. The kitchenette was convenient for preparing meals, making it feel like home. However, a few amenities like larger towels and extra pillows would enhance the experience. Consider asking for kitchen tools ahead of time!

The two-bedroom suite provided a comfortable stay for the family, with easy access off route 101 and very comfortable beds. It was nice to have a kitchenette, especially since there are good facilities nearby like a supermarket and an excellent bakery. However, attention to cleanliness is needed. I noticed the floor was uneven and the bed springs were easily felt. Although the location was convenient, the overall lack of maintenance could be a concern.

The King Room was decent—clean and seemed updated. The floor looked nice and the paint was fresh. Pretty comfy bed, and I appreciated that they allowed my dog. Only downside was the noise from the neighboring rooms. it was easy to hear conversations. But if you get lucky with quiet neighbors, you should be good to go.

The stay was quite pleasant overall. The room was spacious and warmed up nicely upon arrival, which was a relief after a long travel day. I appreciated the hot water available for long showers, and the friendly check-in process made it easy to settle in. However, I wish there had been more pillows available for a comfy sleep. Overall, it was a solid experience.

Family with dogs suitable relaxing spot
The staff was super friendly, they really made the effort to be helpful. The water pressure was fantastic in the shower, now that's important for a guy like me. Nothing like a good shower after a long day.
It wasn't the cheapest, but it was still pretty acceptable.
